WEDDINGS
Do you offer packages? Are there any required vendors?
We do not offer packages or require specific vendors.
We believe packages can limit possibilities and make weddings feel too similar. We value the personality of each couple and want every celebration to feel unique.
You are welcome to bring the vendors of your choice. We can also recommend trusted partners whenever needed.
What is included in the Solar Real rental?
The venue rental includes essential services such as valet service, standby generator, cleaning team, security staff, maintenance technician and a Solar Real supervisor responsible for the event.
Is there parking at Solar Real?
Solar Real does not have on site parking, but valet service is included in the proposal. Cars are parked on nearby streets, and the valet team is positioned at strategic points to guide traffic and assist guests as they leave.
The company has worked with us for over 10 years and knows the area well.
Does the venue have a generator?
Yes. We have a standby generator, which can be activated in case of a power outage. When needed, it remains connected until the end of the event at no additional cost.
For events that require a full time generator, an external generator must be hired separately.
What is Solar Real’s event capacity?
Solar Real can comfortably welcome more than 600 guests, with a flexible structure that adapts to different event formats.
Can I have the ceremony and reception in the same place?
Yes. Solar Real has several integrated and versatile spaces, allowing different combinations and event formats. From the intimate and emotional moment of the ceremony to the celebration that follows, everything can happen in one setting, bringing more convenience to your guests and creating an even more special experience.
Do you host mini weddings? Is the space too large for smaller guest lists?
Yes, we do. That is one of the strengths of our structure. With different spaces available, we can design the ideal layout for the size of your event. The space is arranged so your celebration feels warm and intimate, without any sense of emptiness.
Is there a minimum number of guests or a required package for mini weddings?
No. We do not require a minimum number of guests or mandatory packages for mini weddings.

Can the space be divided or adapted for smaller groups?
Yes. Our venue is spacious and versatile, and can be reorganized according to the event plan. This allows us to adapt the space to different formats and guest counts, ensuring the best flow and logistics for each event.
Does the rental fee vary depending on the day of the week?
Yes. We have more flexibility for negotiations for events held from Monday to Thursday.
What time can setup begin? Is it possible to set up the day before?
We provide 8 hours for setup before the event starts and 6 hours for teardown after the event ends. If an additional day is needed for setup on the previous day, conditions can be reviewed according to availability.
What is the time limit for the event to end?
The only limitation applies to the outdoor area, which must close by 10 PM. Activities held in indoor areas do not have a time restriction.
Is the event exclusive? Will there be other events happening at the same time?
Yes. The event is exclusive. During your event, the venue is not rented for any other simultaneous activities or events.

We create personalized proposals for each client, considering different vendors that match the needs and preferences of the event. You may also work with the vendors of your choice, with no additional fee.
